Water and Sewer RATE Schedule for Residential and Non-Residential Accounts

Tiered Billing Rate - The tiered rate billing system for residential water & sewer customers became effective January 1, 2001.

Water & Sewer Rates—  The Burgess and Commissioners amended Title 13, Chapter 13.12, Section 13.12.060 of the Municipal Code to increase the water and sewer rates for residential customers. The increase will be shown in the October 2024 billing. 

Residential Rates

Usage up to 25,000 gallons per quarter will be $80.63 for the first 3,000 gallons and $11.43 for each additional 1,000 gallons.

Usage over 25,000 gallons will be billed according to the following schedule.

For each additional 1,000 gallons over the base gallons, the charge is $11.43.
