Remsberg Park
The Remsberg Park is an 88 acre community recreational park in the planning stage, owned by the Town of Middletown residing in Frederick County. Remsberg Park is located just off Holter Road, between Middletown Parkway and the Middletown Primary School.
The Remsberg Park project is a collaborated effort between the Town of Middletown and the Middletown Valley Athletic Association and Maryland Project Open Space. Remsberg Park will offer much-needed additional recreational space to Middletown including:
- Miles of walking trails encompassing the park
- Pavillion covered picnic areas
- 5 Stadium size multi-purpose fields, 3 with stadium lighting
- 3 Stadium lit baseball/softball fields
- Basketball courts
- Concession stand
- Open space for future amenities
- Playground areas/tot lots
The MVAA is committed in a partnership with the Town of Middletown to raise funds for the development of Remsberg Park. Through our "Etch My Name in Remsberg Park" campaign you have an oportunity to inscribe your family name, honor a loved one and be part of Middletown history.
