Frederick County Recycling picks-up recyclables every other Wednesday.  A County-issued recycling container is required for participation.  Three cart sizes are available. You may call 301.600.2960 to request a cart.  Carts need to be at curbside by 6AM. on collection day.

What can I recycle?

• Plastic bottles    
• Boxboard - cereal/soda boxes, etc., along with corrugated cardboard.
• Newsprint/Mixed Paper - newspaper, junk mail, writing/computer paper, magazines, envelopes, catalogs under 1 inch and phonebooks.
• Glass Bottles & Jars - food/beverage jars and bottles (all colors)
• Aluminum/Steel - food/beverage cans, foil and pie plates.

• Recycling Pick Up Day for Middletown Town Residents is every other Wednesday.

Holidays: There is NO collection on the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
