Child Abuse Prevention Month

Representatives from both the Child Advocacy Center of Frederick County and from the Friends of the Child Advocacy Center attended last night’s Town Board meeting to accept the proclamation from the Town celebrating April is Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Spring Tree Giveaway

Through the Sustainability Committees Arbor Day Tree planting and our Grant program with First Energy / Potomac Edison a limited number of trees are available to Middletown residents free of charge. Residents can reserve 1-2 trees. This is first come first serve while trees are available. Pick up and planting of the trees will be the residents responsibility. 2026 Middletown Municipal Election Results

We appreciate all of the residents coming in and casting their ballots. The 2026 Middletown Municipal Election is over. We had a total of 572 ballots. The results are as follows:

Commissioner:

Rick Dietrick                   399 votes (re-elected)

Jennifer Falcinelli           459 votes (re-elected)

Kevin Stottlemyer           411 votes (re-elected

Amanda Stone-Gines     254 votes
