This Design Manual is intended to provide the developers and consulting engineering community with the Town of Middletown's requirements, references, standards and procedures.  The Manual is intended to aid the designer during the preparation and presentation of engineering design for the Town of Middletown.  It must be clearly understood that the criteria and/or requirements presented are considered by the Town to be minimum requirements and that additional requirements may be enforced as the Town deems appropriate on a case by case basis.
