The Burgess and Commissioners of Middletown will hold a Public Hearing on July 9, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M., at the Middletown Municipal Center, 31 West Main Street, Middletown, MD to hear a proposal for a regulation amendment toSection17.32 of the Middletown Zoning Regulations to require a site plan for development, under certain circumstances, in all zoning districts.

Copies of the proposed regulation amendment are available at the Middletown Municipal Center for any citizens wishing to receive a copy of the materials for review.

All citizens wishing to be heard will be recognized at this hearing. Any person desiring a stenographic transcript shall be responsible for supplying a competent stenographer.
