Notice is hereby given that the Burgess and Commissioners of Middletown will hold a Public Hearing on August 24, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M., at the Middletown Municipal Center, 31 West Main Street, Middletown, MD to hear a proposal for a regulation amendment to Accessory Dwellings Units to the Middletown Zoning Regulations to allow attached and detached Accessory Dwelling Units under certain circumstances.

Copies of the proposed regulation amendment are available at the Middletown Municipal Center for any citizens wishing to receive a copy of the materials for review.

 All citizens wishing to be heard will be recognized at this hearing. Any person desiring a stenographic transcript shall be responsible for supplying a competent stenographer.
