The Burgess and Commissioners of Middletown will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., at the Town Office, 31 West Main Street, Middletown, Maryland, to consider a zoning map amendment for 101 and 103 Prospect Street (TM 65B, Grid 10, Parcels 1032 & 1034), located on the west side of Prospect Street, approximately 230 feet south of the intersection of Prospect Street and Main Street.  Currently, both properties are zoned R-2, and the discussion will be to change both properties to OS (open space).  To view the proposal, or for more information about the proposed zoning map amendment, please visit the Town Office or the Town’s website: https://www.middletown.md.us/.
