Trash pick up is every Wednesday within the town limits. Our contractor begins picking up at 5:30am and suggests that you have your trash cans at the curb the night before so as not to be missed.
Yard waste pickup will begin on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 and December 29th, 2026 is the last day for yard waste pick-up for 2026. Yard waste bags are not available currently at the Municipal Center.
Frederick County has updated their recycling policies and it affects recycling pick-up within town limits. There have been changes to what Frederick County will & will no longer accept when recycling!! Please click on the recycling link below.
