The Town has experienced an increase in e-bike traffic and reports of unsafe riding behaviors on public streets, sidewalks, and walking paths. To enhance the safety of residents and visitors, the Burgess and Commissioners have directed staff to prepare a proposed ordinance addressing the operation of e-bikes within the Town.
