Main Street Middletown invites you to participate in

Middletown's 18th Annual Scarecrow Contest - October 18th, 2025

All Middletown residents, organizations and businesses are invited to use their creativity, old clothing and art supplies to transform straw, wood and burlap into a whole host of characters!

To participate in this uniquely Middletown event, come visit our Municipal Center at 31 West Main Street on Monday, September 29th, 2025 to pick up your Scarecrow Kit.

Bring your finished Scarecrow up to Town Hall no later than Friday, October 17th, 2025, at 5:30pm.   We can’t wait to see what you all dream up for 2025! 

We invite you to arrive on Saturday the 18th from Noon - 4pm to stroll through the downtown and vote on your favorites. 

Scarecrows stay up until Halloween to keep the ghosts and goblins at bay!
