New Audio Visual for Public Meetings

The Town of Middletown is now using the meeting app, Lifesize.  This replaces the previous Zoom Meeting app the Town had been using through Covid.  This new system allows for interactive participation between the Town Board and residents during their monthly Town Meeting.

If you have not used Lifesize in the past, you will be prompted when entering the meeting to download the app.  The app is free.  When you log into the meeting, you will need to provide your NAME, meeting EXTENSION and the PASSWORD for the meeting and you will enter the meeting.

As with all on-line meetings, please mute yourself when entering the meeting and only unmute when getting ready to speak.  This will avoid background noise during the meeting.

We ask for patience from everyone as we work out the specifics of the system.  If you have problems during the meeting, please call or send us an email at office@ci.middletown.md.us.  Please understand we will not be able to address specific issues during the meeting, as Staff is busy with the meeting itself.
