Jennifer J. Falcinelli, Commissioner
Jennifer J. Falcinelli has been a resident of Middletown since 1993. She is married to David, a retired Commander with Montgomery County Police. They chose Middletown to raise their family for the great small-town atmosphere, the sense of community and the great schools. Jennifer and Dave have three sons, Shane, Justin, and Evan, who attended Middletown schools, participated in the MVAA and local sports. Jennifer & Dave also have two dogs, Steve, and Dexter, who enjoy walking our beautiful Middletown walking paths.
Jennifer graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. She worked in the legislative field in Washington, D.C. for several years and then attended Johns Hopkins University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She worked at Frederick Health for 28 years in the Emergency Department and Interventional Radiology.
Jennifer is currently serving her 8th term as commissioner and her 5th term as Burgess Pro Tem. Her term expires April 2026. In addition to her commissioner duties, she serves as chair of the Water & Sewer Committee, the Public Information Committee and serves on the Public Works Committee. Jennifer served as the liaison to Planning & Zoning for two years and is currently the liaison to the Main Street Middletown Board. She is also chair of the Christmas in the Valley Committee.
